Your authors note that the identification of this marriage seems doubtful. It was probably a different Hannah Sawyer (q.v.).4

Comfort Bigelow married Joseph Brigham, son of Gershom Brigham and Mehitabel Warren, on 26 August 1728 at Marlborough, MA.2,5,6 Comfort Bigelow died on 24 September 1755 at Marlborough, MA; aged 47y 11m 20d, under the name Brigham.1,4,5,8 She was buried at Old Common Cemetery, Marlborough, MA, only the footstone (with no dates) remains standing to mark her grave. However, there is also a nearby face-down headstone that might be hers.9
